There are lots of remedies for anxiety but I’ll list the most common below. Sometimes other remedies or potencies are required which might require a consultation with a Homeopath.
I have lots more information and tips showing you how to choose and use Homeopathy with The Complete Homeopathy Guide series of books. You can buy these books on Amazon as follows –

Aconite
General fear and phobia remedy. Panic attacks or feeling panicked to a high degree. Anxiety felt as fear in the heart area – with palpitations. Restless. Very intense remedy so the anxiety usually presents as intense, acute anxiety.
Arg-nit
Anxious and worried about the “what ifs” over any issue or event – great remedy for anticipation anxiety. Loose stool and diarrhoea from anxiety. Craving sweet and sugary food. Peculiar thoughts, particularly with the “what ifs?”, ie. things that “might” happen. Impulsive and rushing around. Feels like time is running out.
Arsenicum
Very common remedy for general anxiety. Lots of anxiety causing restlessness. Strive to have things perfect. Anxious about their own and their loved ones health. Fear of illness and serious disease.
Gelsemium
Anxious and worried, particularly about upcoming situation or event. Anxiety can cause increased urination and you’ll feel better for urinating. Legs feel jittery and weak. Trembling with nerves. Feels weak and nearly paralysed from the stress. Wants to lie down and be quiet.
Kali-phos Cell Salts
Nerve “tonic”. Nervous anxiety, deep dread for unknown reason. Gloomy. Brain fag. Cell salts are very low potency remedies which can be repeated often. Please see my blog on Cell Salts here on the website.
Lycopodium
The main indication for Lycopodium is a fear of failure. Usually people have this fear but then end up performing really well once they get started. Fear of breaking down from stress. Lot of digestive issues alongside the anxiety – much bloating and full of loud gas, difficult stool. Feels anxiety in the pit of their stomach. Desires sweet and sugary food.
