There are lots of remedies for teething but I’ll list the most common below. Sometimes other remedies or potencies are required which might require a consultation with a Homeopath.
I have lots more information and tips showing you how to choose and use Homeopathy with The Complete Homeopathy Guide series of books. You can buy these books on Amazon as follows –

Chamomilla
One of the most commonly remedies used for teething. Hot swollen gums with drooling. Pains unbearable, can even cry out in sleep. Very irritable, will want to be carried. Worse at night. [Please note that a higher potency should be considered if pain particularly unbearable].
Mag-phos
Another common teething remedy. Better for pressure. Better for warmth, warm drinks, rubbing the gums. Baby will often chew on their own or your fingers – pressure and warmth! Pains are sudden and cramping.
Pulsatilla
Less severe pain. Worse for warmth. Better for fresh air, sitting up, being cuddled or carried. Child will be clingy and weepy.
